Villa in Karpaz

At Karpaz Gate Marina, a completely new residential area consisting of 22 semi-detached houses is currently being built. The area is located on the scenic Karpaz Peninsula and has a magnificent view of the Mediterranean.

The houses are built on two floors and have integrated AC in each room. The kitchen and living room are located on the entrance level and come in an open floor plan with access to the garden. Tiled floors are laid throughout the house and all doors and windows are double glazed. On the entrance level there is also a WC. The residential area is new construction and will be completed in June 2022.
